1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jilpub", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the jilpub platform accessible at jilpub.cam.
• "Platform" means the jilpub website, mobile browser interface, and all related services offered at jilpub.cam, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, sabong, and account management features.
• "Player", "you", or "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or places a wager with jilpub.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform, including the associated wallet balance, transaction history, bonus records, and personal information.
• "Wallet" refers to the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's jilpub Account, from which wagers are placed and into which winnings and withdrawals are processed.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game outcome, sports event, or other wagerable event on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, or promotional rewards granted to a Player by jilpub under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with jilpub's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jilpub Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and jilpub.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue access to and use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Participation in real-money gaming on jilpub is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Philippines. jilpub enforces age verification during the account registration process. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent age verification is a serious violation of these Terms and of Philippine law.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

jilpub is operated for and directed primarily at Players located in the Republic of the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence. jilpub does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open a jilpub Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued Philippine ID
• A valid and active Philippine mobile number
• A valid email address under your control
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older

jilpub reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided, including government-issued identification (SSS, GSIS, PhilSys, Driver's License, or Passport). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active jilpub Account. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilpub reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances without prior notice if multiple Account ownership is detected.

4 Account Responsibility

4.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilpub Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. jilpub will never ask you to disclose your password in full through any communication channel.

You must notify jilpub's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. jilpub accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that the information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or bank details must be communicated to jilpub and verified before they take effect. jilpub may delay or withhold withdrawals pending re-verification if material account details are changed.

4.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your jilpub Account, whether or not you authorized that activity. jilpub is entitled to treat all instructions, wagers, and transactions originating from your Account as having been authorized by you, unless you have notified jilpub of a security breach before the relevant transaction was completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilpub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilpub does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts; however, jilpub reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring limits pursuant to anti-money laundering regulations.

5.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jilpub Wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically credited within 15 minutes during banking hours, subject to inter-bank processing times beyond jilpub's control. jilpub accepts no liability for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or mobile network issues.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to jilpub are reviewed and processed within one (1) business day for GCash and PayMaya, and within three (3) business days for bank transfer channels. jilpub may require identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jilpub complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). All transactions are subject to monitoring. jilpub reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending AML review, request source-of-funds documentation, or report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jilpub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin awards. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible game restrictions, and minimum deposit thresholds that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money wagers; wagers placed with Bonus Funds do not contribute to clearing other Bonus Funds.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jilpub reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and using group strategies to exploit bonus structures.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds have an expiry date. Any unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds remaining in a Player's Account after the applicable expiry date will be automatically forfeited. jilpub is under no obligation to extend bonus expiry dates.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game offered on the jilpub Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager. In the event of any inconsistency between a game's in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for that specific game.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and table. Current limits are displayed within each game or live table interface. jilpub reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

jilpub reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed or settled as a result of a technical malfunction, software error, or pricing error on the Platform. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet. jilpub accepts no liability for loss of profits on Wagers that are voided under this provision.

7.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets on jilpub, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, are subject to additional sport-specific rules. Wagers placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned may be voided and stakes returned, subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Results are confirmed by reference to official governing body announcements.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilpub Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or manipulate game outcomes
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose
• Opening or attempting to open an Account while subject to a self-exclusion order from jilpub or any other operator
• Engaging in chargebacks or other fraudulent payment dispute processes after using deposited funds for wagering
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or loopholes in any game for financial gain
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform
• Engaging in any conduct that jilpub determines, in its sole discretion, to be disruptive, abusive, threatening, or harmful to other Players or Platform staff

jilpub reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including voiding affected wagers, withholding withdrawals pending investigation, permanently closing the Account, and reporting the activity to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

jilpub is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players manage their activity on the Platform. The following tools are available to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During this period, your Account is inaccessible for wagering purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the jilpub Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their stated duration. Players who self-exclude may not be permitted to reopen their Account before the exclusion period expires, regardless of circumstances.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilpub Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trade dress, is the intellectual property of jilpub or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilpub's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilpub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with:

• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages
• Interruptions to internet connectivity or mobile network service beyond jilpub's control
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security
• Decisions made by a Player in the course of wagering, including all losses incurred
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors

Nothing in this Agreement limits jilpub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by jilpub

jilpub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a Player has breached these Terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; an Account is flagged for AML review; a regulatory instruction is received; or the Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by jilpub's dormant account policy.

12.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting jilpub's support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of applicable fees and subject to AML verification) will be returned to the Player via the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. jilpub will notify the Player via their registered contact details before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be clearly communicated to the Player in advance and are subject to regulatory limits.

13 Privacy

jilpub's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the jilpub Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it in full at jilpub.cam/privacy-policy.

jilpub processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable implementing regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jilpub reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via their registered email address or mobile number. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 of this Agreement.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the jilpub Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through jilpub's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or seek resolution through the competent courts located in the Philippines.

Players may also file complaints with PAGCOR through applicable regulatory channels if the dispute relates to jilpub's compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions.
